We have been learning all about designing and making stable and rigid structures in Design and Technology this week. By developing our technical and practical knowledge of techniques such as rolling, joining, bracing and making bases, we our ready to meet our brief which is to design and make a new chair for Baby Bear! We have been taking inspiration from existing chair designs and completed our market research by writing to Baby Bear to find out what kind of chair he would like. We will use this information to create a design criteria so that we can be sure Baby Bear will love our designs!
