The Y6 children took part in a fantastic sporting event at the newly refurbished Britannia Leisure
Centre earlier this week. There were numerous events such as netball, cricket, taekwondo,
wheelchair basketball, boccia and dance. It was an extremely competitive day and all the children did
amazingly well. The school was incredibly proud of their sporting achievements but also how kind,
caring and inclusive they were to their team mates but also to other schools who took part. The
organiser of the event said that our Y6 children were exceptional and displayed excellent
sportsmanship. Well done Year 6.
