Our Reception children had their first official transition day today as they begin preparing for Year One. As part of this exciting step, they visited the Westgate playground and explored the climbing frame. The children had the opportunity to become familiar with the playground, developing their confidence and learning how to be safe on the various climbing equipment. We will continue to visit the Year One areas during the last weeks of school, preparing the children for this next big step in their learning journey.
