This term we learnt about what special stories teach us about peace and forgiveness. We spent time thinking about what peace means to us, before finding out what different religions and worldviews say about it. Our teacher read us The Peace Book by Todd Parr. We then designed symbols to represent our views on what people must do to create more peace in the world.

We also explored the importance of saying sorry and forgiveness. We learnt there are many stories and quotes from different religions that state how important it is to apologise and forgive. We created forgiveness cards which featured our favourite quote on forgiveness.
