This week Nursery have thoroughly enjoyed learning about shapes and measures.
Using playdough the children were able to create different shapes, describing their properties in their own words and making links to everyday objects which shared the same shape!
There has been lots of interest in the garden bed this week. Children used a worm found in the garden as point of reference, made their own from playdough, they were able to arrange each playdough 'worm' from longest to shortest.
Well done Nursery mathematicians!
