Year 1 has been practicing their yoga skills during P.E! Over the last few weeks we have learnt many poses and have been improving on our balance. We are working towards flowing effortlessly into our poses by using breath work and making sure to really lengthen our bodies. At first we thought yoga would be easy but we have realized it puts our muscles to the test! Can you guess what poses we are doing?
