During the past few weeks, the children built many small worlds with farm animals, wild animals, mini beats and dinosaurs. We named the animals and talked about their appearance, some characteristics and the sounds they made. This week, the children used their knowledge of animals to play a new game: "Guess the animal!". They took turns choosing a card with a picture of an animal, bird or insect and answered yes or no questions. "Does it fly?, Does it slither on the ground? Does it have stripes? Does it roar? Can it swim?".  They shared their knowledge of animals with each other and learned to take turns and listen carefully to the questions.
