For our D&T topic this term, we had to follow a design brief as young designers to design, make and evaluate a seasonal couscous dish for vegetarians! After looking at (and tasting!) a range of existing products, we designed our dish to include things that are healthy and that vegetarians would love! After making and evaluating our couscous dishes, we couldn't resist by eat them! Even though most of us aren't vegetarians, we all absolutely love it and would make it again!
