We spent this week learning how to design and make a smoothie for our partner to enjoy during the summertime! Like all good designers we took inspiration from other smoothies by taste testing a few (the best kind of testing!), and practised our technical skills using the bridge hold and fork secure hold to cut up fruit. As this smoothie was not for us, we undertook some market research and asked our partner about all their favourite ingredients. We put all this knowledge together to create our final product, and spent some time evaluating the results by drinking some delicious combinations!
