Year 6 got puffed out in their PE lessons this half-term as they worked on their fitness skills! Throughout the half-term, we developed our skills in each of the core components of fitness - speed, strength, agility, balance, coordination and stamina. We ended the unit with a circuit of fitness tests to see how much progress we'd made. Our teachers were particularly impressed by how far we could run in 4 minutes in the stamina test!
