This week Year Two have been developing their knowledge on statistics to get better at their understanding of using measures - We did this through exploring temperature! Today, Year Two had to take on the role as weather reporters to present a weather forecast. We did so by using our knowledge on temperature to mention how the temperature rises and drops throughout the week whilst performing.

We used our previously taught semantic and procedural knowledge on the weather (physical processes) which we learnt about in our 'The Weather' topic from our time in Year One! We used this knowledge to add weather symbols to our presentations.

We also used our knowledge on speaking and listening, which we continuously develop in our 'Perform and Present' lessons within our English lessons, and used these skills to present our group weather forecast to the rest of the class.
