Today, we investigated why the Romans didn’t settle any further North of Britain. We discovered that they considered those people living in the North to be barbarians and the Emperor Hadrian ordered that a stone wall be built.
Together, we pretended to be the Romans and built our own version of Hadrian’s Wall! We considered the important role of Mile Castles, Turrets and Forts.
