Year Two wowed us with their culinary skills in D&T this week! Our design brief was to make a couscous dish suitable for a vegetarian to eat for lunch. After mastering some technical and practical knowledge, Year Two completed some sensory tests on existing products before designing their own delectable dish. They even helped with the washing up!
