Wallen class had a fantastic time making flatbread today. We learnt how to measure the ingredients, mix the dough and finally roll it out. While we were waiting for the bread to ferment we went on a tour of the bakehouse and saw the mill in operation! Before we came back to school we ate our yummy bread!
