Sargeant Class were thrilled to receive an email from garden designer Juliet Sargeant, who our class is named after. Juliet was sent examples of work from our class name project and said she was so impressed by what she saw. Juliet kindly wrote back and gave the children feedback on their garden designs, explaining that she could see how many children had met the design brief imagining and designing their dream garden. She also made mention of the key children used to represent plants and structures in their gardens, their use of colour and considered use of space. She encouraged the children to continue in their creative pursuits at school and think about a future in her industry.
